Nate Hendricks is the founder of LeglX Consulting and a veteran law firm CEO and COO leader with 24+ years of experience in law firm operations, marketing, culture and growth strategy. He’s led teams at firms with thousands of active cases and consulted with dozens nationwide, helping them scale without losing their soul. Nate is known for designing systems that bring empathy to scale, where numbers never come at the cost of caring. His signature programs like Certus Servus Leadership Institute and the S.A.L.E.S. Intake System are built to elevate client experience while driving real results. What sets Nate apart is his servant leadership mindset. He believes the most successful firms lead with empathy, accountability, and purpose, and his passion lies in helping teams build that kind of culture from the inside out.
